With the construction industry facing an urgent need for DX, we supported the definition of requirements and development of a SaaS application for the purpose of efficient on-site management using BIM (Building Information Modeling).
The project involved working with general contractors, subcontractors, and system companies to identify application requirements through interviews and creating an “Application Requirement Definition Document. After a feasibility check to confirm technical feasibility, the application was quickly developed using agile development methods and a prototype was created.
